Private beach, daily cleaning, final obligatory cleaning (€ 40.00, excluding the kitchen and kitchen furniture, that has to be cleaned, instead there will be a charge of € 15.00), bath towels, linen for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, tourist tax required by the municipality of Senigallia.

On request: linen for double bed € 8.00, for single bed € 6.00, for bathroom €4.00.

• Check-out saturday at 10 am, check in saturday at 3 pm
• Visitors and guest are allowed to enter from 8 am to 8 pm
• Silence hours from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 11 pm to 7 am
• In case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure, the amount of the staying will not vary.

For the booking confirmation is required a payment of the 30% of the total amount. It shall be sent within 7 days after the reservation to CAMPING LIANA SRL - BANCA CREDITO VALTELLINESE – FILIALE DI SENIGALLIA – BIC BPCVIT2S - IBAN IT78Y 06230 21300 0000 3036 0975.
The balance payment will be settled at the moment of the arrival. In case of cancellation, the reimbursement of 50% is provided only if the communication is done within 60 days before the start of the booked date, otherwise the amount will be full withheld.
Paying the amount, the guest accepts all the conditions of the reservation.

The direction reserves the right to modify the date of opening and closure.
