Dal 30 luglio al 7 agosto 2022 è l’evento principale della programmazione estiva del comune di Senigallia ed è considerato il più importante evento del genere in Europa e il secondo al mondo per importanza.
La prima settimana di agosto, arrivano da tutta Europa appassionati dei cimeli, della musica rock'n'roll e della cultura di quel periodo: novelli Elvis Presley e seducenti pin up che qui si radunano e trovano stands, dj set, concerti, party, cibi tipici, stage di ballo e lezioni di trucco e parrucco in stile anni '50. Momenti molto amati sono quelli della sfilata d'auto d'epoca di quel periodo e il Burlesque show, lo spogliarello d'epoca nato nell'Inghilterra vittoriana, tornato di moda grazie a Dita Von Teese.Sarà Ben E. King, il celebre cantautore americano, classe 1938, divenuto famoso in tutto il mondo per il brano Stand By Me, ad aprire, sabato 2 agosto, la XV edizione del Summer Jamboree, il Festival Internazionale di musica e cultura dell’America anni ’40 e ’50.

From July 30 to August 7 2022, Summer Jamboree is the main event of the summer in the city of Senigallia and is considered the most important event of its kind in Europe and second worldwide for importance. The first week of August, fans of the rock’n’roll music come to town: young Elvis Presley and seductive pin-ups, stands, DJ sets, concerts, parties, typical foods, stage and dance lessons, and make up from the Fifties. The most interesting moments are the vintage Cars parade, the Burlesque Show, a vintage striptease born in Victorian England rediscovered by Dita Von Teese. This year Ben E. King, the celebrated American songwriter, born in 1938 and become famous with the song “Stand by Me”, will open the 15th edition of the Summer Jamboree, the International Festival of music and culture of America '40s and' 50s.
